AC Milan is reportedly preparing a fresh bid for Strasbourg right-back Guéla Doué, with the offer expected to be just under €25 million, including add-ons. This comes despite Strasbourg`s firm €30 million valuation for the player.
The 22-year-old Ivorian international has become the top target for Milan`s coach, Max Allegri, who reportedly decided against pursuing Marc Pubill to focus on securing Doué.
Milan had previously submitted two offers, valued at €15 million and €20 million plus bonuses, both of which were rejected by Strasbourg.
Guéla Doué is Milan`s Primary Target

According to Calciomercato.com, the forthcoming offer, while still below Strasbourg`s asking price, aligns with Milan`s typical transfer market strategy this summer.
Doué`s market value has significantly increased since Strasbourg acquired him from Stade Rennes last summer for just €6 million. His impressive performance last season, contributing one goal and two assists in 34 competitive appearances for Strasbourg, is attributed to this sharp rise in valuation.
