According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan is reportedly keen on Udinese defender Thomas Kristensen. The Danish center-back had previously been the subject of a €15 million offer from Aston Villa at the close of the summer transfer window, which was ultimately rejected.
The Rossoneri will have a prime opportunity to scout Kristensen up close this Saturday, as Udinese is set to host Milan in a Serie A match at the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine.
Milan`s Growing Interest in Kristensen

Gazzetta dello Sport indicates that Milan remains in the market for defensive reinforcements, and Kristensen has distinguished himself as one of the most promising profiles during the initial games of the current campaign.
The 23-year-old boasts impressive statistics, leading Serie A in defensive clearances with over 11 per game. He has also maintained a 72% tackle success rate this season and exhibits excellent passing accuracy: 95.5% in his own half and 72% in the opposition’s half.
Udinese Previously Rejected €15m Aston Villa Offer

Kristensen’s current valuation is anticipated to be significantly higher than the €15 million sum that Aston Villa reportedly offered at the conclusion of the summer transfer window. Udinese, however, declined this approach.
The club`s decision was influenced by the fact that they had already sold Jaka Bijol to Leeds earlier in the summer, making them reluctant to part with another central defender during the same period.
