Afghanistan opening the doors for the underdogs after stunning the defenders of the ICC WC19 in their last match will take on the unbeaten NZ at Chennai. Kiwis stand at the 2nd in the ICC CWC Points Table while Afganistan are at 6th in the contest. 

ICC CWC23 Compaign of AFG & NZ

AFG have won only one game out of three in the ICC CWC23. They have been stood victorious against ENG in their last game while lost to IND and BAN. NZ are on eof the two unbeaten teams of the ICC CWC23 event. The Black Caps have defeated ENG, BAN and NED by a mile in this ICC CWC23. It’s 2-0 in the ICC CWC for NZ. Can AFG make it to 2-1?

Toss

The Afghan’s Skipper together with Kiwis’ skipper are down to the middle for the toss. Hashmatullah Shahidi after winning the toss decides to bowl first against the NZ XI.Tom Latham says he wasn’t sure whether to bat first or go after the chase.

AFG keep the same winning combination while NZ bring back Will Young in their playing 11 for injured Kane Williamson.
