Babar Azam’s Pakistani team is greeted warmly upon arrival in Hyderabad for the Cricket World Cup 2023

Babar Azam’s Pakistani team is greeted warmly upon arrival in Hyderabad for the Cricket World Cup 2023. Cricket World Cup 2023: Pakistan’s cricket team arrived in Hyderabad on September 27 in preparation for their exhibition match against New Zealand on September 29. Before the major competition, Babar Azam and his teammates were welcomed with open arms in India.

At a news conference earlier in Pakistan, Babar addressed the issues and declared, “We are all proud of traveling for the World Cup. We haven’t played in India before, but we don’t feel any pressure. We’ve done our investigation, and we’ve heard that the circumstances are comparable to those in other Asian nations. Being the captain this time around is a great honor for me, and I’m hoping we return triumphant.

Pakistan would be without more than just the ability to play on Indian soil. Another conspicuous omission from their tournament matches will be the home audience.

“Unfortunately, we won’t have any fans. We will play in crowded stadiums since, as far as I know, all of the games are sold out. Even though they won’t be present, our followers will still show their support by posting on social media. Although I have not personally witnessed it yet, I have heard that Indian fans are also quite supportive, and that makes me want to play there as well, Babar continued.

A security entourage of more than 20 vehicles will accompany the Pakistani contingent, which consists of 18 players and 13 support workers, as they are transported to their accommodation.

Morne Morkel, the bowling coach, and Mickey Arthur, the director of the men’s cricket team, will join the group in Dubai and India, respectively.
