A player from Barcelona’s midfield is rumored to be heading to Italy and AC Milan this summer.
The player in question is Marc Casadó.
The young Casadó is widely expected to end his time at Barcelona in the coming months.
Low in the midfield hierarchy under manager Hansi Flick, the Spaniard has been identified as a player whose sale is needed to bring essential funds to Camp Nou.
Prominent agent Jorge Mendes is reportedly working diligently to find a suitable destination for his client, with the 2026/27 season in mind.
As mentioned, this could be in Serie A.
According to reports, amid a period of rebuilding at San Siro, Mendes is exploring a potential deal with AC Milan.
The suggestion is that Mendes has presented the possibility of Casadó to AC Milan, and the player would be a good fit for the Italian club, provided the operation is not too costly at this stage.
The Rossoneri are currently seeking a buyer for Youssouf Fofana, which could pave the way for a move for Casadó.
