Barcelona’s promising left-back, Alejandro Balde, has reportedly become a significant focus of transfer interest from several prominent Premier League clubs.
Speculation surrounding the future of the young defender has intensified across Spain in recent weeks. This comes amid suggestions that the La Liga champions might be open to a sale this summer, should an exceptionally large offer arrive for his services.
It appears such chatter has not gone unnoticed in English football’s top flight. According to a report by journalist Ferran Martinez of Mundo Deportivo, three Premier League teams have already made inquiries about Balde: Manchester United, Manchester City, and Aston Villa.
Despite the growing interest, it is also noted that the talented full-back himself currently has no intentions of departing the Catalan capital. Furthermore, Barcelona’s hierarchy does not consider Balde to be on the market at this time. However, the club’s stance could shift if presented with a “very important” bid that proves difficult to refuse.
