Reports indicate that Fiorentina forward Lucas Beltran is now more receptive to a move to Flamengo. The Brazilian club`s offer of an improved personal salary package, totaling €12 million plus additional performance-based bonuses, has reportedly made the transfer more appealing to him.
The transfer fee, reportedly agreed upon by both Fiorentina and Flamengo, stands at an initial €12 million, potentially increasing by an additional €3 million through performance-related incentives.
Despite the club agreement, Beltran had initially hesitated regarding the destination, causing delays in the transfer, particularly with interest also coming from clubs like Sassuolo and Galatasaray.
Beltran`s Stance Shifts Following Enhanced Offer

Recent reports from Sport Mediaset suggest significant progress in discussions between Flamengo and Beltran`s representatives over the past few hours. Sources now believe that Beltran is prepared to depart Europe and return to South America to join Flamengo.
This renewed proposal includes a substantial increase in his salary compared to his current earnings at Fiorentina`s Stadio Artemio Franchi, covering both fixed wages and performance-based bonuses tied to goals and team achievements.
The 24-year-old Argentine international was a significant acquisition for Fiorentina in 2023, costing €12.6 million from River Plate, with potential additional payments of €10-13 million in add-ons. During his time with the Viola, Beltran made 98 competitive appearances, contributing 16 goals and nine assists.
