Bologna Explores Options as Ndoye’s Future Debated by Napoli and Nottingham Forest

Bologna is reportedly considering Saint-Etienne`s winger, Zuriko Davitashvili, as a potential successor to Dan Ndoye. This development emerges as Napoli and Nottingham Forest continue their discussions regarding the transfer of the Swiss international.

According to reports from Italian publications Il Resto del Carlino, relayed by TuttoMercatoWeb, Davitashvili`s representatives have formally presented him to Bologna. Notably, these are the same agents who played a key role in facilitating Khvicha Kvaratskhelia`s transfer to Napoli in 2022.

Napoli Hesitates on Ndoye`s Price Tag While Forest Remains a Contender

The acquisition of Davitashvili by Bologna is contingent upon Dan Ndoye`s departure this summer. While a move for Ndoye seems increasingly probable, given that both Napoli and Nottingham Forest are actively negotiating with the Rossoblu club, Napoli has reportedly expressed an unwillingness to meet Bologna`s substantial €45 million asking price. With Nottingham Forest possessing the financial capability to compete with Napoli for the player, the ultimate destination for the Swiss forward remains uncertain.
