According to reports from Foot Mercato, 20-year-old Kassoum Ouattara is currently a focal point of interest for various football clubs across Europe. The young French international has faced challenges securing consistent game time at AS Monaco, largely due to being behind Caio Henrique in the team`s hierarchy. This situation has prompted numerous clubs from around the continent to offer him a potential pathway out of the Principality club.
Among the interested parties are Serie A side Torino, Scottish giants Rangers and Celtic, German Bundesliga club Augsburg, and Dutch Eredivisie team PSV Eindhoven. Additionally, French Ligue 1 clubs Toulouse FC and FC Metz have also expressed their interest in the talented left-back.
However, Foot Mercato indicates a potential sticking point in negotiations: most of the aforementioned clubs are looking to secure Ouattara on a loan deal that includes an option to make the move permanent. Conversely, AS Monaco appears to prefer a direct, permanent transfer if they are to facilitate the defender`s departure from Stade Louis II this summer. Ouattara himself is primarily focused on maximizing his playing time as he evaluates his next career step.
