Napoli`s star midfielder, Kevin De Bruyne, openly showed his frustration when he was substituted during the second half of Sunday`s away match against AC Milan. The former Manchester City player was taken off by Napoli coach Antonio Conte in the 73rd minute of the game, which the Partenopei ultimately lost 2-1 to Milan.

De Bruyne had successfully converted a penalty approximately ten minutes before his removal, yet Conte chose to replace him with more than twenty minutes still left to play at San Siro. The Belgian swiftly exited the pitch, seemingly to avoid wasting time, but notably did not shake hands with Conte following the substitution, proceeding directly to the bench.
