The financial specifics of the agreement for Pervis Estupiñán`s transfer from Brighton & Hove Albion to AC Milan are now being clarified. The deal is confirmed for an initial €17 million, complemented by an additional €2 million in performance-related add-ons.
Reports earlier this evening had already indicated that the two clubs had reached a handshake agreement, with only the final contractual details pending confirmation.
Estupiñán Transfer Details Confirmed

Further precise details have been provided by renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who verified the base transfer fee of €17 million, alongside the potential €2 million in performance-based bonuses. This aligns perfectly with earlier estimations suggesting the total value would be just under €20 million.
Estupiñán himself was reportedly keen on making this transfer a reality, and his agent, Jorge Mendes, dedicated several days to facilitate an agreement that would satisfy all parties involved.

The Ecuadorian international is set to become the successor to Theo Hernández in the left-back position at AC Milan, following Hernández`s recent transfer to Al-Hilal.
Brighton & Hove Albion originally acquired Estupiñán from Villarreal in the summer of 2022 for €17.8 million.
During the previous season with the Seagulls, he played 36 matches, registering one goal and one assist across all competitions.
Milan`s initial offer of €15 million for the player was rejected, but they subsequently returned with an improved and ultimately successful proposal.
