Paris Saint-Germain approaches the match against RC Lens in a weakened state. The team already suffered a double blow during the recent international break when Ousmane Dembélé and Désiré Doué sustained injuries. Dembélé is expected to miss about six weeks, but Doué, according to reports, might return by the end of the month.
However, both players are certainly unavailable for Saturday`s match against Lens. Fabián Ruiz is also likely to be absent. The midfielder missed the international break with the Spanish national team due to a muscular injury in his left leg. The Spaniard has not yet recovered, and, as reported, he was still not training with the main squad of Les Parisiens on Thursday.
Consequently, Ruiz`s participation in the match against Les Sang et Or is highly doubtful. Luis Enrique, who himself fractured his collarbone during the international break after falling from his bicycle, will be forced to seek alternative options both in midfield and attack.
