Real Madrid’s Federico Valverde has spoken out about a recent physical altercation with teammate Aurélien Tchouaméni. The midfielders made headlines earlier this month after reports confirmed a dispute at the team’s training ground. The incident resulted in Valverde sustaining a head injury, which sidelined him for two weeks, and both players faced club repercussions. Valverde, speaking in an interview with Carve Deportiva, adopted a positive stance, suggesting the experience will enhance his leadership qualities.
He stated, “I feel good. I had the support and the love of many people, the fans, the club. Sometimes you have to overcome these small obstacles. All of this will make me a better captain in the next years.”
