Hansi Flick Confirms Barcelona Pair Advised to Leave

Barcelona's new head coach, Hansi Flick, has revealed that he has advised two players, Roony Bardghji and Marc Casadó, that they are not part of his plans for the upcoming season. This news comes as the team prepares for pre-season tournaments.

Both Bardghji and Casadó had been participating in pre-season training in Barcelona. However, they were unexpectedly excluded from the squad traveling for a mini-tournament in Italy, which included matches against Udinese and Nottingham Forest. This exclusion signaled that their futures lie elsewhere.

Flick addressed the situation with the young players after a recent friendly match. He confirmed that he had spoken with both Bardghji and Casadó, and while the conversation was difficult, he offered them advice regarding their next steps.

"It wasn't easy for me concerning Roony and Casadó, but I spoke with them and gave them some advice. And that's how things stand now," Flick stated. He explained that such decisions are a natural part of football club dynamics, especially when the club aims to promote and create opportunities for its own young talents from La Masia.
