1. Erasmus Marais

A 55-year-old South African umpire who is a part of the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires began his umpiring career in a T20I match between South Africa and Australia in 2006. Recent honors include the David Shepard Prize for two straight years and the ICC Umpire of the Year award in 2017. He has presided over 82 ODIs, 26 T20Is, and 55 Tests.

2. Chris Gaffaney

This 43-year-old former New Zealand player is a member of the ICC Elite Umpire Panel and works as an official presently. In Toronto’s September 2010 encounter between Canada and Ireland, he officiated his first ODI match. He has since officiated in 20 T20 Internationals, 60 ODIs, and 27 Tests.

3. Kumar Dharmasena

Another seasoned umpire from Sri Lanka, this 48-year-old man was a crucial member of the 1996 World Cup-winning team and a former international off-break bowler. Since his umpiring debut in 2009, he has presided over 60 Tests, 95 ODIs, and 22 T20 International matches.

4. Richard Illingworth

This English former cricketer, now 55 years old, has presided over 42 Tests, 59 ODIs, and 16 T20Is. For the 2006 English cricket season, the ECB included him in its complete list of first-class umpires. He was one of the 16 umpires chosen to work the 2023 World Cup in August 2023.

5. Sundaram Ravi

After Srinivasaraghavan Venkataraghavan, this 42-year-old Indian umpire joined the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires, becoming only the second Indian umpire to do so. He has already presided over 18 T20 Internationals, 42 ODIs, and 33 Tests.

6. Paul Reiffel

Former Australian cricketer who is now an official made his first-class umpiring debut in 2002 and joined the ICC International Panel of Umpires in 2008. He is 53 years old. Thus far, he has presided over 16 T20 Internationals, 61 ODIs, and 43 Tests.

7. Rod Tucker

In his career, this Australian umpire, age 54, who is a member of the ICC Elite Umpire Panel, has officiated 67 Tests, 78 ODIs, and 35 T20 Internationals.

8. Ruchira Palliyaguruge

Former Sri Lankan First-Class cricketer Palliyaguruge, 51, made his umpiring debut in an ODI game between Australia and Sri Lanka at Hambantota in 2011. Thus far, he has overseen 2 Tests, 71 ODIs, and 32 T20Is.

9. Joel Wilson

An umpire from Trinidad and Tobago, Joel Wilson, 56, worked the 2015 World Cup in Australia and New Zealand. He has so far served as an umpire in 43 Twenty20 Internationals, 85 One-Day Internationals, and 34 Tests.

10. Paul Wilson

Paul Wilson, an Australian umpire who is 51 years old, is a part of Cricket Australia’s Project Umpire’s Panel. In addition to the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup, he officiated 8 tests, 26 Twenty-Internationals, and 36 One-Day Internationals.

11. Richard Kettleborough

English umpire Richard Kettleborough, 50, debuted in a first-class match in April 2002. Since then, he has officiated in 78 Tests, 95 ODIs, and 36 T20 Internationals. He was promoted to the full International Panel of Umpires by the ICC in November 2009.

12. Michael Gough

Since making his debut in April 2006, English umpire Michael Gough, 43, has officiated in 30 Tests, 77 One-Day Internationals, and 20 Twenty20 Internationals.
