India and Pakistan will play each other in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 on June 9. According to a source, the highly awaited match between India and Pakistan at the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 is set to take place in New York on June 9, 2024.

Given the time zone difference, the match is probably scheduled for the day in order to accommodate the South Asian viewership.

Interestingly, this is the first time the USA has been granted permission to host an ICC event.

The USA and the West Indies will share hosting duties for the ICC T20 World Cup in 2024.

Although the event’s official schedule has not yet been revealed, rumors indicate that the next T20 World Cup will take place from June 4–30, 2024.

T20 World Cup 2024 will take place in Grand Prairie, Dallas; Broward County, Florida; and Nassau County, New York; these will be the locations for the first-ever USA held world cup.

Regarding this, a deal has been made to build a 34,000-seat modular stadium at Eisenhower Park, a sports and events park in Nassau County, New York, provided the necessary permit is granted the following month.

Subject to a final agreement, modular stadium solutions will enhance the seating, media, and premium hospitality spaces of the current facilities in Grand Prairie and Broward County.

Several additional locations across the United States, including as George Mason University in Washington, which serves as the new home of MLC team Washington Freedom.

It is important to note that there will be a record 20 teams competing in the T20 World Cup, which will follow a different format. The United States of America (USA) and the West Indies qualified directly as the hosts, while the other teams are Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, England, India, Ireland, Namibia, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea (PNG), Scotland, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and Uganda, who is competing for the first time.
