Inter Milan has officially finalized the acquisition of French midfielder Andy Diouf from RC Lens. The deal is reported to be valued at €20 million, with an additional €5 million contingent on performance-based add-ons.
Diouf successfully passed his medical examinations today, completing all necessary steps for his transfer to the Serie A club.
Following the medical, the talented midfielder put pen to paper on a five-year contract with the Nerazzurri.

He is set to wear the Number 17 jersey at San Siro for the upcoming season, under the guidance of the new coach, Cristian Chivu.
Diouf`s Promising Journey to Serie A

The France international, who turned 22 in May, has already accumulated two senior caps for his country, highlighting his rapid rise in professional football.
Diouf honed his skills in the esteemed youth academies of Paris Saint-Germain and Stade Rennais. His career truly took off during the 2022-23 season at FC Basel, which earned him a €5.5 million transfer.
Remarkably, just weeks after joining Basel, he was sold to RC Lens for a substantial €14 million profit. Now, two years later, his market value has surged again, culminating in this €25 million move to Inter.
Inter identified Diouf as a crucial midfield reinforcement after their initial efforts to secure Manu Koné from Roma were unsuccessful.
