Inter Milan has reportedly submitted an enhanced written offer to Atalanta for forward Ademola Lookman, totaling €42 million, supplemented by an additional €3 million in performance-related add-ons.
A recent meeting between officials from both clubs saw the Nerazzurri (Inter) commit to improving their initial €40 million proposal.
While earlier speculation suggested a bid of €40 million plus €5 million in bonuses, the updated terms reflect a different financial structure.
Inter Increases Fixed Fee for Lookman
Reports indicate the written offer comprises a fixed fee of €42 million, alongside €3 million in potential add-ons.
Whether this new offer will satisfy Atalanta remains uncertain, as the Bergamo club had previously sought €50 million, including bonuses, for the Nigerian international.

Lookman, who is set to celebrate his 28th birthday in October, is currently under contract with Atalanta until June 2027.
Atalanta acquired him from RB Leipzig in 2022 for €10.85 million, plus €1.5 million in performance-based incentives.
RB Leipzig is also entitled to a percentage of any future transfer fee, a factor in negotiations for the player recognized as a 2024 African Player of the Year nominee.
