Reports from Italy indicate that Juventus and Bundesliga side Werder Bremen are in discussions regarding a possible transfer for Samuel Mbangula, a promising talent from Juve`s Next Gen squad. Nevertheless, the Turin club has reportedly rejected Bremen`s initial offer.
Mbangula is reportedly one of several players, alongside Timothy Weah, Nico Gonzalez, and Douglas Luiz, whom Juventus could permit to leave the Allianz Stadium this summer under the right circumstances.
Although there were prior talks between Juventus and Nottingham Forest concerning a potential dual transfer for both Mbangula and Weah, recent Italian reports suggest the Belgian winger is now in discussions about a possible transfer to Germany.
Juventus Declines Werder Bremen`s Bid for Mbangula

According to Orazio Accomando of SportMediaset, Werder Bremen`s opening bid of €8 million for Mbangula has been rejected.
The Bundesliga club is reportedly “pushing” to secure the 21-year-old`s signature, but Juventus is holding firm on its €15 million valuation.

Mbangula has completed only one year of senior professional football, having debuted for Juventus as a starter in a 3-0 win against Como in the opening match of the 2024-25 Serie A season.
He marked that occasion by scoring the opening goal just 23 minutes in. During his inaugural senior campaign, he contributed four goals and five assists across all competitions and received a call-up to the Belgium national team in November.
