Juventus’s Pursuit of Kolo Muani Challenged by Premier League Clubs for 2025-26 Season

Football & Cricket

Juventus continues discussions with Paris Saint-Germain regarding the future of Randal Kolo Muani. However, reports from French outlet Footmercato indicate that the Italian club faces significant competition from Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United, and Manchester United.

The forward spent the latter half of the previous season on loan with Juventus in Turin. He had expressed a clear desire for a permanent transfer or at least an extension of his loan for another season, ideally including an obligation to buy in June 2026. Despite these intentions, negotiations have made minimal progress, placing Juventus at risk of missing out on the player entirely.

Kolo Muani Draws Interest from Tottenham

Paris Saint-Germain has reportedly conveyed to Kolo Muani that he is no longer part of their immediate plans, signifying that he will be moved on this summer irrespective of Juventus`s decision.

In light of this development, Footmercato claims that Tottenham has actively entered the race, showing keen interest in acquiring the prolific centre-forward.

Tottenham holds a considerable advantage over Juventus, as they are reportedly prepared to make an outright purchase, in contrast to Juventus`s proposed loan-with-option deal.

Despite the intensifying competition, Kolo Muani himself is reported to favor a permanent move to Juventus, a sentiment confirmed by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano and other sources. However, it is understood that he is not willing to wait indefinitely for a resolution.

Manchester United and Newcastle United are also closely monitoring the situation and are reportedly considering tabling their own offers for the player.

The 26-year-old forward initially joined PSG from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2023 following a substantial transfer fee of €95 million.

During his tenure at Juventus, Kolo Muani made 22 competitive appearances, contributing significantly with 10 goals and three assists.
