AC Milan has officially announced the squad that will embark on their 2025 pre-season tour across Asia and Australia. Notably, Luka Modric and Santiago Gimenez will not be joining Massimiliano Allegri’s team for the upcoming friendly matches against Arsenal, Liverpool, and Perth Glory.
The Rossoneri are set to travel for a series of pre-season fixtures. Their schedule includes a match against Arsenal in Singapore on July 23, followed by a game against Liverpool in Hong Kong on July 26, and concluding with a fixture against Perth Glory in Western Australia on July 31.
While the majority of Milan`s first-team players are included in the touring squad, such as Rafael Leao and Christian Pulisic, it`s worth noting that Pulisic did not participate in a recent internal friendly against Milan Futuro on Saturday morning.

New recruits Samuele Ricci and Pietro Terracciano are both confirmed to be part of the pre-season tour.
Luka Modric, one of Milan’s significant summer acquisitions, has been granted extended time off. This decision comes after his recent involvement in the FIFA Club World Cup held in the United States earlier this month, allowing him additional recovery and rest.
Similarly, Santiago Gimenez is also on an extended personal holiday. His absence from the tour is due to his recent participation in the Gold Cup with the Mexico national team, requiring a break before joining the main squad.

Several other players currently under contract with Milan have not been included in the tour roster. This list comprises right-back Emerson Royal, who is recuperating from an injury, and Tommaso Pobega, who is reportedly close to a permanent transfer to Bologna.
Furthermore, Ismael Bennacer, Yacine Adli, and Devis Vasquez are also absent from the squad. These players are widely expected to be sold and have not yet commenced training under coach Allegri in Milan.
The pre-season tour will also serve as a crucial opportunity for some of Milan’s promising young talents to impress coach Allegri. Among those set to feature are goalkeepers Lorenzo Torriani and Noah Raveyre, centre-back Matteo Dutu, full-back Vittorio Magni, midfielder Christian Comotto, and forward Mattia Liberali.
