Lorenzo Lucca, the Udinese forward, is set to undergo his medical examination with Napoli, signaling his imminent move to the Partenopei. The Italian international affirmed his readiness for this significant career step, simply stating, “I`m ready.”
On Thursday morning, Lucca departed from Milan`s Linate Airport. His destination was Rome`s Villa Stuart, a renowned medical facility, where he is scheduled to complete the necessary medical check-up as part of his transfer to Napoli.
Prior to his flight, Lucca briefly conversed with Sportitalia. When questioned directly about his preparedness to join the reigning Serie A champions, his succinct and confident response was, “Yes.”
The 23-year-old striker had an impressive season for Udinese last term, netting 12 goals in Serie A, showcasing his potential and goal-scoring ability.
Napoli plans to acquire the promising forward on an initial loan agreement. This deal is structured to include a mandatory purchase clause, indicating a long-term commitment from the club.
