Nottingham Forest has reportedly rejected an initial transfer offer from Manchester City for midfielder Elliot Anderson.
The Premier League champions are understood to have made a formal bid for the talented young player, but it has been unsuccessful so far.
It remains to be seen whether Manchester City will return with an improved offer or if negotiations will continue.
