According to Foot Mercato, both Manchester United and Newcastle United have made inquiries regarding PSG`s 26-year-old French international striker, Randal Kolo Muani. The former Nantes and Eintracht Frankfurt forward is now highly sought after, following an impressive loan spell at Juventus FC during the latter half of the previous season, where he netted eight goals in 19 appearances for I Bianconeri.
Juventus is reportedly keen to retain Kolo Muani at the Allianz Stadium; however, the Serie A club has not yet finalized another loan agreement with PSG. Furthermore, the reigning Champions League winners are rumored to be looking for a permanent transfer for the striker they acquired for €90 million two years ago. As negotiations remain stalled, interest in Kolo Muani from clubs outside Italy has intensified.
Foot Mercato indicates that both Newcastle United and Manchester United are closely monitoring Kolo Muani. The Red Devils are eager to strengthen Ruben Amorim`s attacking options, having already secured Matheus Cunha and with the anticipated €81 million signing of Bryan Mbeumo. Hugo Ekitike`s reported refusal to join Manchester United also contributes to their pursuit of Kolo Muani.
Meanwhile, Newcastle United, nicknamed the Magpies, are bracing for the potential departure of their prolific striker, Alexander Isak, who is attracting interest from Saudi Arabian clubs and Liverpool.
