AS Monaco and Turkish Süper Lig club Galatasaray have reportedly finalized a transfer agreement for Ivorian international center-back Wilfried Singo, aged 24. According to insights from Fabrizio Romano, the deal is valued at a total of €35 million, comprising a €30 million fixed transfer fee supplemented by an additional €5 million in performance-related add-ons. Furthermore, the agreement between the clubs includes a clause entitling Monaco to 10% of any future transfer fee should Galatasaray sell Singo.
Sources close to L`Équipe indicate that Singo himself is receptive to the proposed move to Istanbul. Fabrizio Romano further reports that personal terms negotiations are currently in progress with the defender`s representatives. AS Monaco, following their recent acquisition of England international Eric Dier, has actively sought to facilitate Singo`s departure. The defender initially joined the Ligue 1 outfit two years ago and has since made 60 appearances for Adi Hütter`s squad. His current contract with Les Monégasques is set to expire in 2028.
