With 10 points from five games, their victory cemented their place atop the seven-team standings in the ICC T20 World Cup Africa Region Qualifiers.

After four games apiece, they are followed by Kenya and Uganda in second and third place, respectively.

Zimbabwe, the lone Test-playing country among the seven teams, is currently ranked fourth after two victories in four games.

There is still competition for the final seat, with Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Kenya, and Uganda all being considered. Kenya and Uganda control their own destiny, but Zimbabwe and Nigeria depend on other games going well.

It’s a “do or die” contest between Kenya and Uganda. Rwanda and Tanzania are no longer in the running for prizes.
