Following Dan Ndoye`s impending move to Nottingham Forest, Napoli is reportedly poised to submit a €35 million offer to RB Leipzig for forward Antonio Nusa.
Days earlier, sources indicated that Napoli, also known as the Partenopei, had established a transfer budget of €35 million, plus an additional €5 million in bonuses, for Ndoye and were unwilling to exceed this amount.
This financial ceiling enabled Nottingham Forest to step in with a more attractive bid of €40 million, along with €3 million in bonuses and a sell-on clause percentage. Consequently, the winger is expected to travel for his medical examination within the next day.

In the interim, Napoli has considered alternative targets, including prominent players such as Chelsea`s Raheem Sterling and Liverpool`s Federico Chiesa.
Nevertheless, according to Sport Mediaset, Nusa remains their primary target, with a comprehensive €35 million offer, inclusive of add-ons, reportedly prepared for submission.
Nusa, who celebrated his 20th birthday in April, possesses versatility, capable of operating on either flank in a three-pronged attacking formation.
The Norwegian international has already earned 15 senior caps, contributing significantly with five goals and seven assists for his national team.
RB Leipzig acquired Nusa from Club Brugge just a year ago for €21 million. His market value has since soared dramatically, following an impressive season where he registered five goals and eight assists across 35 competitive appearances.
