Premier League club Nottingham Forest has reportedly submitted an official offer to acquire Bologna winger Dan Ndoye. This development comes from transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, indicating a serious intent from Forest to sign the Swiss international.
Ndoye has been a primary target for Italian club Napoli, who are actively seeking to reinforce their attacking winger position. Napoli has already secured Noa Lang for this role, but their interest in Ndoye remains strong. Despite Napoli`s pursuit, Forest`s move suggests a direct challenge for the 24-year-old`s signature.

According to Romano, Dan Ndoye has already given his approval for a potential transfer to Nottingham Forest. The onus is now on Bologna and Forest to agree upon a transfer fee.

Bologna`s Stance on Ndoye`s Future
Earlier this week, Bologna director Marco Di Vaio stated that the club had not yet received any official offers for Ndoye. He also revealed that Bologna was in discussions with their star winger regarding a contract extension, indicating their desire to retain him.

Last season, Ndoye was a significant performer for Bologna, netting eight goals and providing four assists across 30 Serie A appearances. He also scored the decisive goal in a memorable Coppa Italia Final victory for Bologna against Milan, highlighting his impact on the team.
