Pakistan Vs Newzealand Warm-up Match 01, Hyderabad Fall of Wickets

The 1st Warm-up match of ICC WC2023 is being played between Pak & NZ. Babar Azam, Captain PCT, won the toss and elected to bat first in the maiden warm-up match against the Black Caps. Abdullah Shafique and Imam ul Haq opened the inning from Pakistan’s side in the first practice match against NZ.

After getting run-of-the-mill, Imam got out at 1 off 10 in the 3rd over when the team’s scorecard was only 6. He edges the ball to Latham while his partner Abdullah Shafique got out on 14 off 25 balls. Abdullah came out of the crease to hit Santner out of the park but missed the ball. Tom Lathem, the NZ wicket-keeper, smartly stumped Abdullah in the 12th over the warm-up 50 overs game.

Pakistan Wicket Keeping Batter, who is in jubilant form, joined his ordinate after the fall of Abdullah. Captain Babar departed after scoring 80 off 84 balls when the team total was 160 in the 30th over. He tried to boom but misjudged the flighted delivery and fall pray to santner and caught by Mitchell. Saud Shakeel has been given a chance to bat alongwith Muhammad Rizwan. Both batter went after the bowlers and smashed all along the ground. Muhammad rizwan was retired out after scoring 103 runs in the 40th over. the middle ordedr batter Saud Shakeel initaited promisingly and crossed his fifty on just 42 balls. He got out at 75 off 53 in the 48th over. His inning included five 4s and four 6s. Shadab khan who replaced Saud also got out on 16 off 11 balls in the final over. After 1st inning, Pakistan managed to score 345 for 5.
