PokerStars is excited to announce the introduction of the Italian Poker Masters (IPM), a brand-new addition to Italy’s live poker calendar. This series is specifically designed to provide players with an elevated, engaging, and highly personalized experience. The inaugural IPM event is set to debut from May 13 to 18, 2026, at the renowned PokerStars Live Room within the Casinò di Campione d’Italia – an iconic venue that will once again host a top-tier sporting poker festival. Following the successful conclusion of the Italian Poker Challenge (IPC) on March 23, and leveraging valuable community feedback and results, PokerStars has developed the Italian Poker Masters to more precisely cater to player demands, featuring a refreshed offering and a revamped format.
A Calendar Packed with Exciting Events
“Player feedback has been the driving force behind our organizational decisions,” stated Germano Martucci, PokerStars Italy Customer Acquisition Director. “We’ve opted to reallocate a portion of the investment from the guaranteed prize pool towards enhanced hospitality and player services. Furthermore, we’ve reviewed the buy-ins, aiming to deliver a more sustainable live experience that aligns with the community’s needs. This player-centric approach is also reflected in a refreshed visual identity and the awarding of iconic PokerStars trophies to our champions.”
