Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), the Champions League winning club, is reportedly open to considering offers for Portuguese international striker Gonçalo Ramos (24), according to a report from L’Equipe.
Ramos joined the Parisian club from SL Benfica two years ago in a €65 million transfer, following his impressive performances at the 2022 World Cup.
During his two seasons at PSG, Ramos has frequently been sidelined due to injuries. Furthermore, his playing style doesn`t fully align with head coach Luis Enrique`s expectations for a central forward. Despite these challenges, he has demonstrated a commendable scoring record, netting 33 goals in 86 appearances for the club. Nevertheless, his future with Les Parisiens remains uncertain.
PSG`s technical staff highly regards Ramos` daily conduct, and he is a respected member of the squad. Moreover, Ramos has accepted his role as a second-choice striker, especially given Ousmane Dembélé`s outstanding season. While Les Parisiens are not looking to offload Ramos cheaply, they indicate that a transfer could materialize if an attractive offer is presented at the negotiating table.
