According to Turkish reports, Cagliari has successfully concluded negotiations with Besiktas for the transfer of striker Semih Kilicsoy. The agreement involves a one-year loan for €1 million, with a subsequent option to buy for €12 million plus additional bonuses. These new details refine previous reports from Italian media, which had suggested a potential buy option of €14 million.
Kilicsoy`s Move to Cagliari Finalized
Medya Siyah Beyaz confirms that the agreement has been reached, and only medical tests and signatures are now required to finalize the transfer. According to their information, the loan fee will be €1 million, and the non-obligatory buy option is set at €12 million. Furthermore, the deal includes an additional €2 million in bonuses, along with Besiktas receiving a 20% cut of any future sale fee should Kilicsoy leave Sardinia.

This transfer can be considered a significant coup for Cagliari, given that Kilicsoy is an extremely promising young talent who will turn 20 next month. He primarily plays as a centre-forward but can also operate effectively in wider roles. He already has five senior caps for the Turkish national team. At the U-21 level, the Besiktas academy product scored five goals in just six games for his country. Previously, clubs such as Leeds United, Aston Villa, and Utrecht had shown interest in the player, but it was Cagliari who managed to secure Kilicsoy.
