AC Milan Faces Injury Scare Following USA-Ecuador Match
Weston McKennie from Juventus and Christian Pulisic from Milan, the only two Serie A players in the latest USA squad, both featured in the friendly against Ecuador held in Austin, Texas. McKennie started the game, while Pulisic entered as a second-half substitute.
Ecuador`s starting lineup also included AC Milan`s left-back, Pervis Estupinan.

However, Estupinan was forced to leave the pitch before halftime due to an ankle injury. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, this injury puts his participation in Ecuador’s upcoming friendly against Mexico at risk, as well as Milan’s Serie A fixture against Fiorentina on October 19.
The former Brighton defender had previously missed his club’s last Serie A match, a 0-0 draw against Juventus, due to a suspension.
