According to Sky Sport Italia, Conrad Harder`s medical examination with AC Milan is expected to be delayed until at least Thursday. This hold-up is due to Sporting CP`s intention to finalize the acquisition of his successor, Fotis Ioannidis.
Consequently, Harder`s permanent transfer to the Milan club is not anticipated to conclude before that same day.
AC Milan Awaits Sporting CP`s Approval for Harder`s Medical

Despite AC Milan, known as the Rossoneri, having reached an agreement to sign the 20-year-old Danish international for €27 million (including add-ons), Sporting CP has not yet granted permission for their striker to travel to Italy for the necessary medical assessments, as reported by Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport Italia.
The Portuguese club is meticulously reviewing all transfer documentation, having identified Fotis Ioannidis, captain of Panathinaikos FC, as the preferred replacement for Harder.
However, the completion of Ioannidis` transfer hinges on the outcome of a Europa League playoff match involving the Greek club, scheduled for Thursday.
Harder`s Availability for Next Milan Game Remains Unlikely

AC Milan is awaiting Sporting CP`s final approval for Harder to undergo his medical tests in Italy. It appears improbable that Milan will officially onboard their new acquisition before Thursday, August 28, which is just prior to their Serie A fixture against Lecce.
