After 16 overs, Theekshana gave away 12 runs in his 3 first 3 overs. Dilshan Madushanka was the pick of the bowlers who bowled and got 2 wickets in his 5 overs giving away only 24 runs. The weak link of the Sri Lankan bowling attack, Shanka bowled 4 overs for 22 runs. Pathirana in 4 overs gave away 30 runs. He was a touch expensive.
