Tadej Pogačar has once again demonstrated his exceptional cycling prowess, adding the Tour de Romandie to his impressive collection of victories. The UAE Team Emirates rider crossed the finish line ahead of his competitor, Lipowitz, marking another significant win in his career.
Despite achieving a stellar performance, Pogačar commented on experiencing some leg fatigue during the race, stating, “Ho avuto un po’ mal di gambe” (I had a bit of leg pain). Nevertheless, his determination and skill allowed him to overcome this minor discomfort and secure the top spot.
In the overall standings, his teammate Fortunato achieved a respectable 9th place, further contributing to the team’s success in the Swiss race.
