According to reports, Udinese has proposed the transfer of their goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, who is currently facing issues, to Turkish club Galatasaray. The Italian side is reportedly seeking a fee of €15 million for the sale.
Transfer pundit Ekrem Konur states that the goalkeeper was offered to the Süper Lig team this summer. However, any negotiations are still in their very initial stages.
The same source also indicates that Bournemouth, Inter, and Torino have expressed interest, suggesting a growing focus from Premier League clubs on a potential move for the player.
It is understandable that Udinese is keen to move him on, especially considering that just last month he was referred to the disciplinary commission due to allegations of sporting fraud.
Potential Four-Year Ban Looms for Okoye

Okoye is accused of deliberately obtaining a yellow card for time-wasting in the 64th minute of a Serie A match between Udinese and Lazio in March 2024.
Authorities flagged suspicious betting activity related to this specific card, which reportedly generated over €120,000 in winnings for bettors based in the Udine area.
Okoye and three of his friends were placed under investigation. If found guilty of sporting fraud, the goalkeeper faces the risk of a four-year ban from the sport.
The Nigeria international has earned 18 senior caps for his country and joined Udinese from Watford in 2023.
