Unveiling the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023’s Powerhouse Sponsors, hence the list is given below. The 13th edition of this quadrennial One Day International (ODI) cricket competition, which brings together men’s national teams under the administration of the International Cricket Council (ICC), will take place in 2023. From October 5 to November 19, 2023, India will play host to the thrilling competition, which will include eleven teams including England, the current champion from 2019 vying for top honours. 

The final is scheduled on November 19, 2023, at the Narendra Modi Stadium, and the semifinal games will be held in Mumbai and Kolkata. The edition’s catchphrase, “It takes one day,” perfectly captures the excitement and intensity of cricket’s most eagerly anticipated event.

MRF Tyres 

MRF Ltd. was founded in 1946 as a manufacturer of miniature balloon toys; a decade later, in 1960, the company introduced MRF tyres after establishing a technological alliance with Tyre & Rubber Company USA. On January 20, 2016, ICC announced a four-year partnership with MRF Tyres, which both parties later extended. This deal makes MRF tyres the official vehicle partner of the cricket governing body for all of its competitions. The 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup event in India will have MRF Tyres as its global partner.


A Dutch online travel agency founded in 1996, Booking.com is headquartered in Amsterdam. Booking.com has made substantial worldwide arrangements and supported teams and organisations across Europe. A five-year strategic relationship between the ICC and Booking.com was announced on March 25, 2019. To give fans a unique match-day experience, the ICC and Booking.com introduced “Ultimate Cricket Stay.”


A global provider of instructional technologies, Byju’s is an Indian company. The $1 billion educational technology company first entered the athletic world by backing cricket, but it has now expanded to back the FIFA World Cup 2022. Byju’s also took on the role of the Indian cricket team’s main sponsor in 2019. India was getting ready to host important tournaments at the time Byju signed a three-year contract with the ICC.


BharatPe is an offline acquirer of merchants that provides financing to small business owners in addition to POS equipment for accepting credit cards and a QR code for UPI payments. The company was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in New Delhi, India. On June 7, 2021, BharatPe declared that they had secured a three-year agreement with the ICC to establish an official collaboration. The agreement states that until 2023, BharatPe will advertise the collaboration on broadcast and digital media and run in-venue promotional activations at all ICC tournaments.


In October 2022, ICC signed a multi-year agreement with Aramco, a global energy and chemical conglomerate. Aramco would sponsor significant ICC events under the terms of the agreement, including the 2022 Men’s t20 World Cup in Australia, the 2023 Women’s t20 World Cup in South Africa, the ICC World Test Championship Final in England, and the 2023 Men’s Cricket World Cup in India. The ICC Player of the Month award for the occasion is likewise named after Aramco.


Emirates was founded in 1985 and is a part of The Emirates Group, which is run by the Investment Corporation of Dubai. Emirates is a well-known brand in sports because it has backed a number of significant teams and events for more than 10 years. In 2002, Emirates started supporting the ICC. 

Emirates strengthened its relationship with the ICC in 2007, and from that year through 2015, Emirates served as the panel’s official sponsor. The deal between the ICC and Emirates was extended by seven years, through 2023, in 2016. Under the terms of the new arrangement, Emirates will continue to sponsor the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Umpires and Match Referees, with the Fly Emirates logo prominently displayed on the panel.

Craft beer with the name Bira91 is produced in India by B9 Beverages Pvt. Ltd. It supports the Indian Premier League (IPL) team Delhi Capital as a sponsor. In November 2018, they agreed to a five-year deal with the ICC that will last through 2023. International cricket tournaments like the ICC Cricket World Cup, ICC T20 World Cup, ICC World Test Championship, ICC U19 Cricket World Cup, and ICC Women’s Championship are all officially sponsored by Bira91. The product line of Bira 91 includes on-site participation at all ICC tournaments as well as partnerships with broadcast and digital platforms.


The ICC designated Polycab, a manufacturer of electrical goods, as an Official Partner of all the major ICC events in 2023 after the two parties signed a collaboration agreement in February 2023. According to the agreement, Polycab will provide sponsorship for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in South Africa, the ICC World Test Championship Final in the United Kingdom, and the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in India in 2023.

Incorporated in the United States in 1886, Coca-Cola is a multinational firm that produces soft drinks. This well-known beverage company is also well-known for its vast global sponsorships, particularly in the sports sector. In July 2019, Coca-Cola revealed a five-year agreement with the International Cricket Council. 

The agreement, which is valid until 2024, included coverage of all ICC events, including the 2019 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in England and Wales, the 2020 ICC Men’s and Women’s t20 World Cups in Australia, the 2021 ICC Women’s World Cup in New Zealand, and the upcoming 2023 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in India.


 In 2010, the Mumbai-based internet investing company Upstox was established. It is a new company that has started to diversify its portfolio of sponsorships. By virtue of a partnership agreement, Upstox will serve as the cricket association’s recognised partner from 2021 to 2023.


Japanese multinational automaker Nissan was established in 1933. The company is present all over the world and sells its products as Nissa, Infinity, and Datsun. Since its initial arrival in India in 2005, Nissan has been interacting with the public. In October, Nissan and ICC agreed to work together for eight years.


A fintech firm called Nium offers companies through its global platform for modern money mobility payment and card issuing solutions. Nium, which was established in 2015, has its headquarters in Mumbai, India. A partnership between ICC and the fintech company Nium to serve as their official financial infrastructure partner was announced in October 2021. 

Through broadcast and digital media, as well as through conducting one-of-a-kind fan and customer activations throughout ICC competitions, Nium promotes its role as an official ICC partner. Through this partnership, Nium will be able to connect with cricket fans everywhere by releasing new ads that highlight the ability of fintech to make international money transfers faster, safer, and easier.


Chinese telecom company Oppo was founded in 2004 and is based in Dongguan, Guangdong. They’ve previously sponsored a number of sporting teams and events. The ICC and Oppo first worked together in 2015 when they agreed to be each other’s official mobile device and headphone partners for a period of four years. 

The two businesses extended their deal to the end of 2023 in December 2019. Oppo is officially the official mobile device and headset partner of the ICC and all connected ICC events, starting with the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup, Men’s and Women’s T20 World Cups, and ICC World Cups.

DP World

In 2005, Dubai Ports Authority and Dubai Ports International merged to become DP World, an Emirati global logistics company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a freight transportation business with a focus on free trade zones, marine services and port terminal operations.

In June 2023, ICC and the logistics company located in Dubai signed a long-term working agreement. Beginning with the 2023 ICC World Test Championship Final in England, DP World will serve as the ICC’s official worldwide logistics partner.

The partnership will also work to strengthen relationships between local communities and cricket, with DP World hoping to support the ICC’s mission to spread the game throughout the world.

Royal Stag

The spirits firm has a long history of supporting athletes, having done so with groups like the Delhi Capitals, Royal Challenger Bangalore in the IPL, and the West Indies cricket team, among others. The Royal Stag whisky brand’s producer, Pernod Ricard India Pvt. Ltd., and the ICC have agreed to a five-year global partnership.

Experts in sports marketing estimate that Royal Stag’s sponsorship deal is worth $5–$6 million annually. The royal family will play a significant role as an official partner at the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, the ICC T20 World Cup, the World Test Championship, the ICC U19 World Cup, and the ICC Women’s World Cup.


The Indian fantasy sports website dream11 was established in 2008 and offers users the chance to play fantasy cricket, hockey, football, kabaddi, handball, and basketball. On November 13, 2018, Dream11 announced that the International Cricket Council (ICC) would be its official fantasy game partner through 2023. When the actual team rosters are made public, cricket fans can utilize Dream11 to form fantasy teams for all official ICC worldwide competitions. Dream11 will also be included in all ICC event branding and marketing materials.

Jacobs Creek

Orlando Wines, an Australian business established in 1847, is well-known for its 1976 Jacob’s Creek wine. Australian wine company Jacob’s Creek announced in June 2021 that they have partnered with the International Cricket Council (ICC) to become the organization’s official wine partner.


The World Cricket Council (ICC) and cricket NFT platform FanCraze partnered in January 2022 to launch Crictos, the official and exclusive digital collectibles line that honours some of the best and longest-lasting moments in cricket history.


TYKA became an official partner of the ICC in October 2021 after a collaboration agreement was signed. For the Men’s T20 World Cup in 2021, TYKA acted as the official apparel provider. Since then, it has supplied all-match official uniforms and tournament personnel wear for significant ICC tournaments.

Star Sports, a sports television network, debuted in 1991. The Walt Disney Company India acquired Star Sports in 2019 for the Indo-Pacific region. Following a competitive bidding procedure, the ICC selected Star Sports as the global broadcast partner for all ICC competitions from 2015 until 2023. 

This featured exclusive live and highlights rights for major ICC events like the ICC Cricket World Cup and its qualifiers, the ICC Women’s World Cup, the ICC World Twenty20 and its qualifiers, the ICC Champions Trophy, and the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup across all platforms.
