Valencia has completed the permanent transfer of Víctor Fernández from fellow La Liga club Levante.
This move follows a highly successful loan period for the 18-year-old midfielder with Valencia’s reserve team this season.
Fernández initially joined Los Che last summer on a year-long loan agreement from his parent club, Levante.
During his loan spell, the versatile midfielder, who can play in various central and attacking midfield roles, became a standout performer for the Valencia B squad.
Fernández impressed significantly in 32 league appearances for Valencia B, contributing 11 goals and 3 assists.
His outstanding performances convinced Valencia’s hierarchy that he deserved a permanent move to the club.
According to a report from renowned transfer insider Fabrizio Romano:
“Víctor Fernández Jr joins Valencia on a permanent deal from Levante, option to buy clause activated today. Deal worth €100k and pre-season next under Corberán. Clubs from Spanish 2nd division and Portuguese league are keen on potential deal.”
