Negotiations for Victor Osimhen`s transfer between Galatasaray and Napoli continued through the weekend. The Nigerian forward is said to have again turned down approaches from Al-Hilal, signaling his strong desire to finalize a permanent move to the Turkish club.
Discussions regarding Osimhen`s potential permanent transfer are ongoing, with both clubs reportedly hoping to reach an agreement soon.
Reports indicate that for Napoli to sanction the sale, Galatasaray must provide solid financial guarantees. While Galatasaray reportedly has €75 million available, Napoli is insisting on the full transfer fee being paid upfront, backed by a bank guarantee and a letter of credit.
Osimhen himself remains optimistic that a deal will be reached, expressing his wish to stay at Galatasaray following a successful recent loan period in Istanbul.
The Nigerian international has consistently declined further overtures from intermediaries linked to Al-Hilal. He had previously turned down a substantial €30 million per year offer from the Saudi club earlier in June.
