Experienced forward Youssef El-Arabi, aged 38, is reportedly poised for a return to Ligue 1, having reached an agreement with FC Nantes. This development comes as reported by Ouest-France. El-Arabi is set to join the French club on a free transfer, following his release from APOEL Nicosia after the conclusion of his contract.
Throughout his extensive career, the veteran striker has showcased his talent at numerous clubs across both European and Asian leagues. His impressive resume includes stints with Saudi Arabian powerhouse Al-Hilal, Qatar`s Al-Duhail SC, as well as European outfits such as Olympiacos and Granada. A highlight of his career was undoubtedly his tenure at Olympiacos, where El-Arabi played a pivotal role in the Greek club`s European triumph, helping them secure the 2022/23 UEFA Europa Conference League title.
