India: The first team he predicted to reach the Semi-Final of the mega event was India. The selection is based on various reasons. The Home Advantage, India is playing on their home grounds. A mixture of young talent like Shubman Gill and experienced campaigners like Virat Kohli. So, they are the hot favorite to claim the title, at least for now.

They play the crunch moments well. The team is mentally quite strong. Even though they lost the series against South Africa but still one of the favorites.
Pakistan: Zaheer Khan’s 4th team that can reach the Semi-Final is Pakistan. Pakistan is going through a tough period but everyone knows that Pakistan is unpredictable. They can lose to the Netherlands and can beat India, the host nation in their home ground. The Pakistan team can bounce back.
