In a successful chase of 153 runs, completed with 15 balls to spare, Brian Bennett was instrumental with a brisk 44-ball 72. Earlier in the match, Blessing Muzarabani and Brad Evans each claimed three wickets. Williams, however, was not part of the playing XI for this opening fixture.
