Bagnaia was closely followed by Ai Ogura and Marc Marquez, who claimed second and third place respectively. The race saw a strong showing from Fabio Di Giannantonio, who finished in fourth position.

Unfortunately, Marco Bezzecchi experienced a setback during the race, crashing out and unable to finish.
