Before the final Test, David Warner pleads for the return of the "stolen" test cap

Before the final Test, David Warner pleads for the return of the “stolen” test cap. David Warner, an experienced batter from Australia who has stated he is retiring from one-day international (ODI) cricket after leaving Test cricket, made a sincere plea for the recovery of his “stolen” Test cap, calling it his “last resort.”

Warner publicly begged for the recovery of his loose green caps on Instagram after they vanished from his suitcase on a trip from Melbourne.

The veteran said in the social media post that some of his belongings were misplaced during shipment.

“Hello everyone, this is my very last resort, but my backpack which held my Baggy Green has been stolen from my luggage, which was delivered to the Melbourne airport and then, a few days ago, flown to Sydney on @qantas,” Warner said.

The cricket player claimed that the airline informed him that although they had blind spots, they had examined their cameras and had not seen anyone enter their bags or take the backpack.

Warner went on to say: “I have a backpack for you if you are the person who was driving it to and from the airport for the company or if you work for @qantas and just happened to want it. If you could please get this back to me as soon as possible. Regards.
