Another player from Real Madrid’s first team has earned a spot in the upcoming World Cup squad. The player in question is Brahim Díaz.
The attacker, Brahim, has just finished a season with Real Madrid that could be described as mixed. Due to strong competition for starting positions in the Los Blancos’ forward line, the 26-year-old only managed 13 league starts throughout the season.
Despite limited starts, Brahim continued to contribute effectively, scoring one goal and providing eight assists.
Recognized as a consistent starter for the Moroccan national team, it comes as no surprise that the former AC Milan player has been called up for the World Cup.
As shown below, Brahim has been named in The Atlas Lions’ squad for this summer’s tournament, alongside players like Achraf Hakimi, Sofyan Amrabat, and Ez Abde.
