Manchester United is reportedly prepared to decline Barcelona's second attempt to sign Marcus Rashford on loan. According to reports, the Red Devils are firm on pursuing a permanent transfer for the England international, rather than agreeing to another temporary deal.

Barcelona currently holds an option within their existing loan agreement to make Rashford's move permanent for £26 million. However, due to ongoing financial constraints, the Catalan club appears to be seeking a further loan arrangement. United, conversely, is ready to recall Rashford if a permanent deal isn't struck and then look for alternative buyers.
