ICC's 2023 World Cup Promo: Shah Rukh Khan, Shubman, and Karthik Unite

ICC’s 2023 World Cup Promo: Shah Rukh Khan, Shubman, and Karthik Unite. The anticipation for the tournament, which will return to India’s borders in 2023, is progressively growing as we approach that event. One of India’s biggest players was rightfully chosen by the International Cricket Council (ICC) to be the face of their World Cup promotion when they published a promo film for their showpiece event. The remarkable two-minute film, which Shah Rukh Khan narrates, is focused on the tournament’s slogan and tagline, “All it takes is one day.”

Khan, one of the most well-known actors in Indian cinema, is associated with cricket due to his ownership interest in the Indian Premier League team Kolkata Knight Riders. Khan narrates the film, making fun of the format’s name as well as the sentiments and emotions that develop in the grandest of all cricket tournaments.

“One day makes the difference between making history and being history. On that one day, jerseys will be donned and people’s chests will expand with pride. On that one day, emotion will prevail over reason and memories will be imprinted. On that one day, fears will be vanquished and challenges will be faced. On that one day, everything from the peaks of ecstasy to the depths of sorrow will be welcomed, according to Khan.

The video follows the release of an image of Khan holding the ICC trophy that went viral online on Wednesday night. The film itself features images of fans and memorable World Cup memories from each of the 10 competing nations, together with waving flags and vibrant national colours.

Eoin Morgan, the captain of the team that won the 2019 World Cup, as well as Dinesh Karthik, Jonty Rhodes, Muttiah Muralitharan, Shubman Gill, and even Jemimah Rodrigues dance with other Indian fans are featured in the film as special guests.

“Rivalries will be redefined on the pitch, and respect will be reimagined in the stands,” SRK says. One billion people’s hearts will manifest the power of belief. On that one day, songs will be sung, dances will be performed, and people’s eyes will be filled with wonder. And grandeur will be immortalised whenever that day arrives and arrives at last.
