Following the match, the young Lamine Yamal took to social media to playfully taunt Jude Bellingham. This move mirrors an earlier incident where the English midfielder had posted “talk is cheap” on Instagram after Real Madrid’s victory in El Clásico back in October. Lamine has now responded with the same phrase on his own social media account.
On Monday evening, during Barcelona’s open-top bus parade celebrating their league title in the Catalan capital, Lamine was handed a microphone. He was heard reiterating his message:
“Don’t forget that talk is cheap!”
