The Australian fast Bowler decimates the opposition’s top-order with his destructive bowling. He completed the hat-trick in two overs. The victims of his first over were Max O’Dowd and Wesley Berresi. The first one was Leg Before the Wicked and the second one was Bowled on the 5th and 6th deliveries of the first of the Netherlands inning. Starc cleaned Bas de Leede up on the first ball of his second over to complete his hat-trick in two overs.

In reply, the Netherlands lost their top order in the first powerplay. Starc started brilliantly with a hat-trick. But the middle-order recovered very well. The final score was 87/6 when they interrupted the match for the second time which eventually led the match to no result.
Positives for Australia, Smith’s 50, and Starc hat-trick. On the other hand, the Netherlands bowling lineup looked promising. All the bowlers got wickets and the batters had good practice. The Netherlands will start its World Cup 2023 campaign against Pakistan on 6th October in Hyderabad.
